Great protection, easy to install. June 30, 2010 Tenor At Law 21 out of 23 found this review helpful
I've had this cover for both the iPhone 3G, and now for the iPhone 4. For reference, I've also owned other variations of similar products including BodyGuardz brand, and also very cheap knock offs. I prefer Zagg for several reasons.
First, the installation is very simple. It seems other reviewers have had problems, but if you follow the directions it is fool proof. There is no adhesive on the product, you wet the cover with the included solution, and then apply it to your phone. No worries if you don't get it right the first time, you can simply lift it off the phone and try again. The key is to make sure you get it wet enough. After that, you push out all the air bubbles with the included tool, and let your phone set overnight. If there are still some little air bubbles left, they go away after about 24 hours.
Second, the protection that this skin offers is fantastic. I don't like bulky cases that take away from the sleekness of the iPhone. I keep my phone in my pocket with my keys, wallet, and anything else without worrying about it scratching. I don't know what the material is made of, but it's super strong and won't scratch. There's a lifetime warranty on this product too, so if you're actually able to make a scratch in this thing (which I doubt), they'll replace it.
Overall, I am extremely happy with this product, and will definately buy it again for my next phone. It doesn't ever peel or come off of the phone, it's never scratched despite the abuse I put it through, and was very easy to install. Great value, considering it's protecting a very expensive phone.
Zagg Is King July 15, 2010 Bill Budd (Drums, Pa) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Not sure why there are all of the bad reviews on here. I absolutely love my invisible shield. I have put one on my iPhone 4, and every other electronic i own, in which Zagg makes them for. They are really simple to install, and i've never had a problem with one falling off or becoming damaged. Zagg also gives you free lifetime replacement of your invisible shield, in which you really shouldn't need to use it, unless you need to get your electronics repaired for some reason. Invisible shields are extremely hard to damage, just watch any video on a damage test for it. I definately recommend them for your iPhone 4 and anything else you have.. There is a reason Zagg is the most trusted, find that out for yourself when you purchase it.
I still love Zagg InvisibleSHIELD! July 3, 2010 ALB (IL) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I had the InvisibleShield for my 3G and LOVED it, so it was a no-brainer to get this for my iPhone 4. My hubby has steadier hands, so he does the install for me. This thing protected my 3G from scratches and I already love the peace of mind I have with it on my new phone. Take time to have a clean install area and hands, install before bed to let the phone just sit overnight, and you'll have great scratch protection for the front and back of your phone. After a day or two (up to a week) the bubbles are all worked out and the surface is smooth. I don't think I'll ever have the front of my phone without a Zagg InvisibleShield installed.
best protection for iphone 4. July 7, 2010 mikemei 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
i have loved AT&T official anti-glare protection when i used iphone 3gs but... now the Casemate company have failed the best... really bad and never buy Casemate products !!
However, Zagg protection... i think this is the best solution to protect the 4th generation screen now cz it does not only protect it, but also fit to any kind of cases i use.
the only problem is how good you apply this product. must make sure to wet your hands and fingers, and clean iphones and finally wet the protector, then simply put it on.
don't worry about bubbles, and just use paper napkins to soak it up. it will go away meanwhile you using the phone.i have tried this product 3times and finally made it.
but trust on this product.. it does work !! Btw... do not buy the dry one from this company's.. that sucks lol;;;
Rubber or Plastic July 9, 2010 cheno (Nor-Cal) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Had to wait a little longer than i wanted but i received it July 8, 2010.
First, I opened the package and read the instructions.
Second, it took about 15 mins. Wanted to put it on as perfect as i could. Make sure to spray it 3 times evenly on the adhesive.
Third, couldn't tell if it was rubber or plastic, but its prolly both.
Last, SATISFIED! Its worth getting it because the material feels like it can take a beating. It fits the phone close to perfect
